Wage & Hour

Federal minimum wage and overtime pay requirements are governed by The Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). Our firm represents employees who are facing pay violations, classification disputes, and workplace practices that fail to comply with federal labor requirements.

The Family & Medical Leave Act

Retaliation

Retaliation occurs when an employer takes adverse action against an employee for engaging in protected activity. Examples of adverse actions include denial of employment opportunities, reassignment, non-selection, discipline, termination, or a hostile work environment due to unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
